About The Hand of Midas
The Hand of Midas is based on the myth of King Midas, who turned everything he touched to gold. Pragmatic Play built the theme into a slot with five reels and 25 fixed paylines, where nearly all of the upside sits in the Free Spins round. During the base game you collect scatter symbols — landing four or more starts the bonus.
In Free Spins each round gets a golden multiplier that starts higher the more scatters triggered it. The special Hand of Midas symbol appears and transforms regular symbols into high-value gold symbols, which is the key to the really big wins. The 5000x max win is reached almost exclusively by combining high multipliers with full screens of gold during the bonus.

Pick a stake that lets you play at least 100–150 spins without draining your bankroll, because the trigger frequency is low. Keep in mind that the RTP differs between casinos — several Swedish casinos run the game at 94.51% instead of 96.54%, which is more than two percentage points of worse odds over time.
